The problem

Off-the-shelf CRMs are either bloated and expensive or too rigid to shape around how a small agency actually works. To run outreach at scale I needed a system I fully controlled — data model, pipelines, and messaging — not another subscription I'd be fighting.

What I built

• 01A relational schema on Supabase/Postgres modeling contacts, pipelines, opportunities, and conversation threads.
• 02Pipeline and contact views with tagging and stage tracking, built to mirror the GHL workflow without the GHL price tag.
• 03Designed to plug directly into the Hyperscale outreach engine — one owned data layer feeding the whole operation.

The outcome

The backbone that turns outreach into a managed pipeline — currently migrating and seeding real data ahead of going live.
